Shipping & Delivery

The standard rate for our products takes up to 3-5 working days to process and ship on orders made in the UK between Monday & Friday before 4pm. Orders made after 4pm will be processed the following working day. This means that orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please note that we are closed for business on bank holidays, however, you can still make purchases but your shipment could possibly be delayed by an extra day. We provide shipping worldwide in which the processing time is 5-10 working days however the days may vary. If you don't see your currency on our website please contact us on our contact page. Please note that orders take up to 24-48 hours to process. This is also added to the shipment time. Once your item has been shipped we will send you an email. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Please contact Royal Mail for delayed, lost or mishandled items. Please make yourself known to our guidelines before purchasing.

All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of the items we carry, we are unable to do refunds/exchanges. Our parcels are delivered via Royal Mail. We allow our talented MUA 60% off all of our products. With that being said, you do not need to provide your certificate which is quick and easy!
